I was treated very fairly. In fact, the owner came to help me personally and it was exactly what I needed. I have been attempting to have my car repaired and aligned correctly since July 15th. I feel so comfortable with the info that I was given and the services that were recommended for my Impala, that I scheduled it for next week. I did not feel pressured or like I was the problem. I know my car and this seems to be hard for some guys to deal with?! Not Steve. He actually commended me for it. I will continue to go to Pro Tire for all of my suspension/ tire needs. If I were you, I would too!

Pro Tire has been my go to place for three years now. They don’t condescend to me even though they clearly know more than I do! but they patiently explain what’s going on. They fight for warrantees and low prices. A team that I trust and will trust with future cars as well.

On my way up to Bloomington I began losing tire pressure at an alarming rate and contacted a local garage to get my tire looked at. Unfortunately I didn't know what time I was going to be allowed to leave my job to bring my vehicle and the garage I had originally called was not willing do you have me drop off my vehicle without having a specific timed appointment. I went so far as to schedule a tow to be able to get my vehicle in at a specific time when one of my coworkers recommended taking my vehicle over to pro tire. I gave them a call and Steve told me to get the vehicle there safely when I could and even though they were slammed, he promised they would get my vehicle in and get it fixed before the end of business so I could go home to my family over an hour away. About 3 hours after I dropped off my vehicle, Stacey gave me a call to let me know my vehicle was done. I asked her if it was a nail or a screw and she told me that it was actually the valve stem leaking due to a faulty spring. I asked her what the damage would be and I was beyond shocked here the ridiculously low price she gave me. She told me the part was very cheap and the labor was not extensive and it was their

Over the 48 years that I've owned vehicles, and lived in Bloomington, I've patronized a multitude of automobile repair shops and dealers. For the last 3 years, I've been using Pro Tire. They have been the best. I appreciate honesty, competency, reasonable prices, timeliness, non-pressure communication, thoroughness, friendliness, and a clean shop. Megan and Steve meet all of these criteria.

My recent experience with Pro Tire and Automotive was great! I asked to make an appointment to bring my car in because the driver-side headlight on my car stopped working, and the replacement bulb I put in only worked/lasted for a few days. A third replacement bulb didn't work at all. Within 20 minutes of bringing my car in, I had a diagnosis (the previous owner had some headlight wiring spliced-in that was not holding up and needed replacing) and an appointment for getting it fixed. Based on other reviews here, I believe Megan was who helped me. She was super kind, professional, and explained what was causing the issue very well. What I felt was above and beyond, was her offer to put a cheap headlight bulb in the car temporarily until I brought my car in for the repair (so the faulty wiring wouldn't potentially burn out the new Sylvania headlight I just put in it previously). The repair itself went smoothly. I dropped my car off in the morning and Megan reached out the same day to let me know the wiring was replaced and that my car was ready to be picked up. The final cost I incurred was consistent with the estimate given to me upfront. Overall, I greatly appreciated the comp
